Matthew Allen Hicks Sr., a 42-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically passed away on February 8, 2010. Hicks was found shot in the head outside his girlfriend's house on the 400 block of Fairgrounds Drive shortly before 12:50 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Hicks was a forklift operator and a beloved member of his community, known for his humor and love for sports. He left behind his children, siblings, and extended family, who mourned his untimely death deeply.
