La Prell Briggs, a 49-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, tragically lost his life on March 18, 2022, in a fatal shooting incident. The Vallejo Police Department responded to reports of a shooting around 7 p.m. in the 300 block of Pepper Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Briggs suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
