Eric Reyes, an 18-year-old from Vallejo, California, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2016. The incident occurred around 11:25 a.m. near the intersection of Springs Road and Heartwood Avenue. Reyes was driving a white Toyota Camry when he and the driver of another vehicle got into a confrontation.
