Moises David Castro, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on March 29, 2010, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, the incident occurred in the 2500 block of Michigan Avenue.
