Guillermo Javier Huitron-Salas, a 22-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on June 5, 2010, in Los Angeles, California. Guillermo was attending a party in the backyard of a residence located in the 1200 block of West D Street in Wilmington when the incident occurred.
