Hector Luis Sanchez Flores, a 39-year-old Latino man, was tragically killed on March 28, 2007, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 5200 block of Sunset Boulevard.
