Josue Zavaleta, a 14-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2003, in the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Josue was shot and killed while he was in the vicinity of Orchard Avenue.
