Junior Salinas, a 19-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 5, 2018, in the Westlake district of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. during a Fourth of July celebration outside a home on the 1600 block of West 2nd Street.
