Dereck Martinez, a 33-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 13, 2017, in the Green Meadows neighborhood of Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred in the 9300 block of Clovis Avenue.
