Dayveon James Perkins, a 23-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life due to complications from a gunshot wound. On February 7, 2014, Perkins was attending a party at the Lorenzo Apartments on West Adams Boulevard. As the event was winding down, a confrontation erupted involving three unknown males who were not invited to the party.
