Jairo Flores-Sebastian, an 18-year-old resident of San Jacinto, California, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2014. He was found dead near the road in the 800 block of Minor Street around 8:20 p.m. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department reported that he had been killed by gunfire.
