Dean Michael Vincent Martinez, a 20-year-old resident of Hemet, California, was tragically found dead on the morning of September 12, 2020, near the intersection of Gilman Springs Road and Highway 79, north of San Jacinto. Passers-by discovered his body around 6:30 a.m. and promptly alerted authorities. Upon arrival, patrol deputies confirmed that Martinez had been fatally shot.
