On June 3, 2024, in San Jacinto, California, 42-year-old Victor Hugo Leon was fatally shot while driving home from his overnight shift at a warehouse in Moreno Valley. The incident occurred around 7:00 a.m. near the intersection of West Seventh Street and South San Jacinto Avenue, where a man was reported firing randomly at passing vehicles.
