On July 5, 2020, Humberto Kolb, a 15-year-old from San Jacinto, California, tragically lost his life in a violent altercation. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Torino Avenue, a residential area near the Soboba Casino Resort. According to reports, Kolb and Jaime Madrid, a 25-year-old man from Banning, were involved in a heated dispute that escalated into a gunfight.
