Douglas Henry Wooley, a 27-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on March 6, 2014. The incident occurred near East 97th Street and South Main Street in the Broadway-Manchester area. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Wooley was walking north on Main Street around 10 a.m. when he crossed at East 97th Street.
