Aaron Harts, a 22-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2015. According to reports, Harts was walking with a 25-year-old companion on the sidewalk in the 8800 block of South Central Avenue in the Green Meadows neighborhood.
