Charles Edward Bell II, a 33-year-old man from Compton, California, was tragically shot and killed on March 23, 2014, in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred around 2:55 a.m. near the intersection of East 6th Street and Long Beach Boulevard, specifically in the parking lot of a Denny's restaurant.
