Brian Ramirez, a 20-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 6, 2014, in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. when Ramirez and a friend were dropped off in the 6700 block of Kester Avenue.
