Paul Anthony Martinez, a 23-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 12, 2014, in Pico Rivera, California. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. near the intersection of East Beverly Boulevard and Pine Street. Martinez was in a small light-colored SUV with two other men when another vehicle pulled alongside them. A person inside the other vehicle opened fire on Martinez's SUV.
