Candice L. Barcenas, a 26-year-old woman from Compton, California, tragically lost her life on May 20, 2014. The incident occurred when Candice was inside a home on North Spring Avenue. On the evening of May 19, a 20-year-old man was riding his bike in the area when a gunman began shooting at him.
