On the evening of July 14, 2014, Agustin Villegas, a 32-year-old mechanic from Anaheim, California, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on the 91 Freeway. Villegas was seated in the passenger seat of his Ford F-150 truck, which was being driven by his brother-in-law, Abraham Vargas.
