Armando Bejar, a 15-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 9, 2015, in Compton, California. The incident occurred around 11:40 a.m. in the 1600 block of North Largo Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Bejar was crossing out graffiti in the area when two individuals in a black vehicle approached him.
