Andrew Ruben Fierro, a 31-year-old resident of East Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on August 22, 2014. Fierro, who worked as a truck dispatcher, was sitting in his car outside his in-laws' home on North Arizona Avenue around 9:45 p.m. when the incident occurred.
