Death by Force

Juan Daniel Moreno Pelayo, a 19-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2021, in East Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Juan was shot near 1234 S. Hicks Ave. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The community was left in shock and mourning, as Juan was remembered as a young man with a bright future ahead of him.
