Oscar Salvador Moreno Gomez, a 43-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2020, in East Los Angeles. He was fatally shot near the 900 block of South Rowan Avenue while walking his dog. The incident occurred in the evening, and it was reported that the shooting was gang-related.
