Bryan Martinez Rubio, a 28-year-old Latino male, was tragically shot and killed on September 21, 2014, in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. while Rubio was sitting at a bus bench near South Western Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard.
