Alexander Eduardo Garcia, a 38-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 27, 2014, in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 4100 block of Rosewood Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Garcia and another man were standing on Rosewood Avenue when they noticed someone approaching them with an extended arm pointing a gun.
