Carlos Alberto Cruz Portillo, a 27-year-old resident of Janesville, Wisconsin, tragically passed away on May 20, 2021. Born on February 22, 1994, in Comayagua, Honduras, Carlos moved to Milton, Wisconsin, at the age of eight. He attended school in Milton and later graduated from Janesville Parker High School in 2013.
