Christopher Rothschild Cleveland, a 27-year-old resident of Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, was tragically shot and killed on October 25, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:40 a.m., in the parking lot of the Islands Restaurant located on Washington Boulevard. The restaurant was closed at the time of the shooting. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and attempted to perform CPR until paramedics arrived, but Cleveland was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:50 a.m.
