Jose Radillo Jr., a 20-year-old resident of El Monte, California, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2014. The incident occurred in South El Monte, near the intersection of Garvey Avenue and Rosemead Boulevard. According to reports, Radillo was the victim of a car-to-car shooting.
