Simon Macedonio Mendoza, a 40-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on March 22, 2014, in El Monte, California. The incident occurred in the 11300 block of Medina Court, where Mendoza was found in the driver's seat of a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
