Jose Manuel Valenzuela, a 21-year-old resident of Riverside, California, was tragically killed on September 15, 2014, in El Monte, California. The incident occurred in the 2600 block of Sastre Avenue, where Valenzuela and a 29-year-old man were sitting in the back seat of a light-colored Nissan.
