Damarco Thomas, a 21-year-old from Stockton, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 28, 2014, near the Berkeley Marina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Sea Breeze Market and Deli, located at the corner of University Avenue and West Frontage Road, just off Interstate 80.
