Jose De Jesus Cabral, a 22-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on January 15, 2015, after being shot on January 13, 2015. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 2300 block of East 10th Street. According to reports, Cabral was among a group of people gathered in a front yard when an unidentified individual approached and opened fire.
