Marcus Sims, a 29-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2015, in a brutal double homicide. Sims and Donald Ward, aged 22, were fatally shot while sitting in a minivan near the intersection of 10th and Willow streets in West Oakland.
