Rashawn Harris, a 13-year-old boy from Stockton, California, was tragically shot to death on February 23, 2015, while waiting for a ride to school in his driveway. Known affectionately as "Ray Ray" by his family and friends, Rashawn was a special needs student who had recently switched schools. He was well-liked in his community and had a knack for fixing things, earning him the nickname "the mechanic".
