On the evening of December 28, 2025, in Stockton, California, 17-year-old Noah Juan Auburn Tracy was with friends at a convenience store on Country Club Boulevard. Around 7:30 p.m., gunfire erupted in the parking lot. When the shooting stopped, Noah had been fatally wounded. He was an innocent bystander in the tragic event.
