Iysmeal Harrell

On February 23, 2022, Iysmael Harrell, a 19-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 4:57 PM in the 8600 block of Santa Paula Way. Officers responding to the scene found two victims who had been shot.
