Edmond Jerome Woods, a 44-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 16, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:20 a.m., in the 700 block of West 82nd Street in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood.
