Todd Jerome Washington, a 32-year-old man, was tragically killed on October 11, 2019, in the Athens area of South Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, Washington was walking to his parked car with two acquaintances around 12:30 a.m. when a small dark-colored sedan drove by and fired 12 to 15 rounds in their direction.
