In the winter of 2017, a young life was abruptly cut short on the streets of Baltimore. Villani Campbell, a 22-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot on December 20th in what authorities have described as a targeted attack. The incident occurred on the 800 block of West Lexington Street, where Campbell was discovered inside his car, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
