Rafael Ruiz Arreguin, a 28-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2015, in East Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Rafael was fatally shot near the intersection of East Cesar E. Chavez and North Townsend avenues. The incident occurred in the evening, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting.
