Doanovan Dequan Foreman, a 27-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2021, after being shot near 1423 E. Imperial Hwy in Watts, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Foreman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
