Benjamin Louis Guleng, a 43-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2016. Guleng, who was homeless at the time, was found under a Highway 101 overpass suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
