On February 8, 2018, Jose Luis Torres, a 54-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California, was tragically killed during a violent home invasion. Torres was at his home on Melcon Lane when a group of intruders broke in, leading to a fatal confrontation. The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office identified Torres as the victim of this brutal crime, which was part of a series of home invasions targeting residences in the area.
