Xavier McClanahan, a 14-year-old boy from Richmond, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 29, 2016. The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. on the Richmond Greenway Trail, near Lovonya DeJean Middle School, where Xavier had previously attended.
