Debbie Lynn Prosser, a 24-year-old woman, was last seen on May 15, 1984, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Her disappearance occurred a day after her boyfriend, Julio Armando Alfonso, was found shot to death in his home in Pompano Beach. Alfonso, who was involved in a failed investment scheme with the International Gold Bullion Exchange, had been dead for about a day when his body was discovered.
