Death by Force

Mary Sydara, aged 31, was found dead on March 18, 2016, in her Sacramento, California home. The tragic incident was discovered when officers conducted a welfare check after family members reported they had not heard from her. Upon entering the residence, police found Mary Sydara with a gunshot wound to her head. Alongside her was Jason Turner, aged 32, who was also deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The scene was immediately identified as an apparent murder-suicide.
