Anna Marie Bernaix, aged 54, was tragically found dead on October 12, 2015, in Sacramento, California. Her body was discovered near some railroad tracks north of Calvine Road, and it was determined that she had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office quickly launched an investigation into her death, which was classified as a homicide.
