David Adam Bernal, a 25-year-old resident of Santa Ana, California, was tragically killed on March 24, 2016, in a gang-related shooting. The incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. in the alley behind the 400 block of South Birch Street. According to reports, Bernal was approached by two suspects while he was walking with a bicycle.
